Q) How do I purchase items from your site?

A) Contact us by phone or e-mail to place your order, make payment and to arrange pick up or shipping.

Q) Can you really surf on the Great Lakes?

A) Absolutely, started back in the 60's. Google a fellow named Tom Blake, Check out the trailer of "Unsalted" on our videos page. Come sample the local motion in person.

Q) How cold is the water?

A) Too cold for sharks. We stock wet suits, dry suits and other necessary paddling gear as well as the boats, boards and kites.

Q) Why is freight not included in your prices?

A) Due to the large and fragile nature of many of our goods and how and when these items are shipped to our store, and then, in turn, how and where they are shipped to you determines this amount and must be handled on an individual basis.

Q) Do you take credit cards?

A) Not at this time. Checks and cash please.

Q) Can demos be arranged?

A) Yes, thats one of our specialties. We have more equipment and expertise than anyone within a thousand miles, not to mention the water.
